Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations

We do not prepare corporate tax returns, but we prepare a comprehensive package each year-end to submit to your tax accountant at no additional cost. We also communicate with your tax accountant during return preparation to ensure all clarification is provided.

We ensure accounts payable and receivable are reported accurately in the financial reporting process, however we do not communicate with customers and suppliers on clients’ behalf. We would also be happy to assist you in setting up the accounts payable and receivable tracking functions within your bookkeeping system.

We do not have cheque signing authority or online access to clients’ bank accounts. For security and liability reasons, all payments are managed by the client.

Standard bookkeeping and payroll services are billed on a flat monthly fee depending on transaction volume and number of employees. Catch-up bookkeeping and other custom services are billed hourly.
